1. Controllers and data
The demo lawyers are joint controllers. Name, phone, email, language, country/city, summary, deadline and technical security data may be processed.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Response, conflict and professional checks, scope assessment, meetings, proposals, rights and security; no advertising.
3. Special-category data
Do not send health, criminal, biometric, political, religious, trade-union data or case files through the initial form.
4. Recipients and transfers
Authorised personnel, bound interpreters, advisers, experts, technical providers and legally authorised recipients where necessary. No international transfer is planned.
5. Retention
Unaccepted enquiries no later than one year after the last meaningful contact; security logs no more than six months.
6. Rights
KVKK Article 11 requests to [VERIFIED REQUEST ADDRESS], plus GDPR rights where applicable.
7. No engagement
Submission creates no engagement or deadline monitoring. Written acceptance and conflict review are required. No consent checkbox.
